Mr Harshith Dharmadasa has been the Chairman of the Company since 2011. He has 25 years of experience in Executive Management. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Certified Professional Managers. He also served as a Director at the Export Development Board of Sri Lanka and Sathosa Retail Ltd. during 2003/04. He has acquired experience in the fields of trading, manufacturing, and construction sector. He is the Managing Director of Ceyoka (Pvt) Ltd., Nawaloka Trading (Pvt) Ltd., Nawaloka Agri (Pvt) Ltd., Ceyoka Engineering (Pvt) Ltd., Nawaloka MEP Concepts (Pvt) Ltd., Koala (Pvt) Ltd., East West Marketing (Pvt) Ltd., Nawaloka Steel Industries (Pvt) Ltd., Ceylon Nutrinut Holding (Pvt) Ltd., and Nawaloka Construction Company (Pvt) Ltd.

Mr H Dharmadasa is also a Director of Nawaloka College of Higher Studies (Pvt) Ltd., Nawaloka Guardian International (Pvt) Ltd., Nawaloka Medicare (Pvt) Ltd., and JDC Printing Technologies (Pvt) Ltd
Mr Chandana Perera has been a Director of the Company since 2015. He has over 33 years of Senior Management experience. Mr Perera started his career at John Keells Holdings in 1985. During his tenure at John Keells Holdings, he held the positions of Manager Walkers Tours, Director Mack International Freight, and Country Manager of DHL Worldwide Express. Mr Perera also held the positions of Country Manager for Aramex International in Vietnam and as the Regional General Manager for Aramex overlooking North Indian region covering over nine states. Mr Perera also, held the position of Country Manager – Hayleys Advantis, freight operations in India from 2008-2011.

Mr Chandana Perera holds an MBA from the University of Western Sydney and currently serves as the Director/ General Manager for Ceyoka (Pvt) Ltd., Nawaloka Trading (Pvt) Ltd., Ceyoka Health (Pvt) Ltd., Ceyoka Engineering (Pvt) Ltd., Nawaloka Agri (Pvt) Ltd., Nawaloka MEP Concepts (Pvt) Ltd., Ceyoka Exports (Pvt) Ltd., Koala (Pvt) Ltd. Mr Uditha Harilal Palihakkara, a leading accounting and finance personality holding membership in many recognised professional institutions – Accounting, Banking, Corporate Secretarial and Economics, has been the President of the three leading accountancy professional bodies in Sri Lanka: The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (CA Sri Lanka), CIMA

Sri Lanka and ACCA Sri Lanka. In 2010, he was elected President of the Organisation of Professionals Association of Sri Lanka. (OPA) a multidisciplinary professionals institution comprising 52 member associations.

He has held leadership positions in several Public and Private Sector establishments including the Ceylon Electricity Board, Development Finance Corporation, People’s Merchant Bank, Merchant Bank of Sri Lanka, Acland Insurance Services Ltd., Securities Council of Sri Lanka, National Enterprise Development Authority, Postgraduate Institute of Management etc., and served as a Financial Management Specialist in the Commonwealth Secretariat (CFTC).

After a successful career in investment banking, he expanded his outreach by engaging in many projects and programmes of the World Bank, Asian Development Bank, African Development Bank, International Fund for Agricultural Development, European Development Bank, International Labour Organization etc. In 2015, The President of Sri Lanka, on the recommendation of the Constitutional Council appointed him as the Chairman of the Finance Commission of Sri Lanka.

In appreciation of dedicated services, he was inducted into the Hall of Fame of CA Sri Lanka, in 2014. In 2016, OPA presented him with the National Apex Award in recognition of his outstanding contribution to the profession and the nation. In June 2017 he was conferred the “People Leader – Finance 2017”, by the Institute of Personnel Management (IPM), in recognition of his contribution in promoting sound and vibrant people management practices in the world of work. In September 2017, he was honoured with a Recognition Award for his outstanding leadership and contribution and service to CIMA Sri Lanka.

A Director of a few companies, Mr Palihakkara is a Trustee of the Organisation of Professionals Association of Sri Lanka and, the President of the Sri Lanka China Business Cooperation Council.
Mr De Zoysa was appointed to the Board in March 2011. He was an Associate Director and Consultant for Taru Villas (Pvt) Ltd., during 2007-2010. He is in charge of Special Projects and Technical Services. He has more than 28 years experience in building construction, hotel construction and hotel maintenance management. He has worked overseas in the Seychelles, the United Kingdom, and Sri Lanka. He has work experience with International Non-Governmental Organisations (INGOs) in rebuilding houses, medical centres and hospitals. He excelled as a leading sportsman in his schooling days. Currently, Mr De Zoysa serves as a Director for Millennium Housing Limited, Millennium Villa Housing Development Limited, MC Urban Developers Limited and MC Universal Limited.

Mr Sam Samarasinghe was appointed to the board in January 2022 who is a Consultant Engineer with nearly fifty (50) years’ experience. He obtained his BSc engineering Hons degree from University of Ceylon, Peradeniya and post graduate education from Imperial College, University of London (DIC and MSc Engineering). He has been recognised and appointed as member of several professional organisations in Sri Lanka and some other countries. He counts fifty (50) years’ experience as a consultant Engineer in Singapore, Malaysia, UK, Iran, Brunei, and Sri Lanka.

He had provided services as a Consultant Engineer for more than 25 years to several private and public sector organisations in Singapore, Malaysia, and Brunei. He had been directly responsible for the designing, planning and implementation of several unique projects in Southeast Asia. He led the Consultant Teams for several novel projects in the Southeast Asian region including Development of Holiday Resorts, Water Supply Projects, Ports, Airports, Hotels, Golf Courses, High Rise Buildings, Office Complexes, Reclamation, Beach Protection, Highways, Warehousing etc. He was instrumental in introducing some modern concepts in Engineering and latest technology in the development of Singapore and Malaysia. As a consultant engineer, he held the lead role in the engineering work connected with the development of modern Singapore.

He had worked as an advisor to several Governments and for Project Consultants and Contractors in Asia on diversified fields (a) Latest technology in Engineering (b) Project planning & design (c) Alternative designs (d) Contractual matters (e) Designs (f) Contract negotiations (g) Project Management (h) Rectification of defective structures etc. He was a former Director of National Engineering Research and Development Centre (NERD) and Sri Lanka Savings Bank (SLSBL).

He contributed his time and resources heavily on social work for nearly 50 years and, instrumental in establishing several social service organisations in Sri Lanka and several other countries including Junior Old Boys movement in Sri Lanka. His efforts have resulted in obtaining millions in donations to Sri Lanka annually. Through his social service activities, he could help millions of people in several countries.

He authored several books on puzzles for the development of Intelligence in children and adults. He is an inventor with several inventions to his credit. He was awarded the Honorary Title “Vishwa Keerthi Shree Deshamanya” in appreciation of his services to his motherland Sri Lanka and other countries.
