Our Key Milestones

1998 – Incorporated as Ceylinco Developers Ltd.

 

1999 – The launch of Sri Lanka’s very first mega township project – Athurugiriya (1600 units) and Phase 2 of Athurugiriya project (270 more units)

 

2003 – Incorporating 3 subsidiaries

1. Millenium Housing Ltd (418 units)           2. Ceylinco Housing Corporations Ltd           3. Ceylinco Constructions Company Ltd

 

2004 – Incorporation of Millenium Villa Housing Development (MVHDL) and the Launch of Millenium Villa Housing range (192 units)

 

2008 – Exposure to Ceylinco group crisis resulted in MHDL’s margins being affected. Commercial operations of Ceylinco Housing Corporation was abandoned.

 

2009 – Commercial Operations of Ceylinco Constructions Company Ltd were abandoned.

 

2010 – Change in parent ownership – Nation Lanka Finance PLC

 

2011  – Turnaround of MHDL with new directorship followed by the restructuring of the parent

 

2012  – Entry into Urban and Semi-urban development projects

 

2013 onwards – Launch of project Millenium Terrace which included land sales. Launch of project in Seeduwa. Launch of Millenium Urban Range in Maharagama/Piliyandala.
