Mr H Dharmadasa is also a Director of Nawaloka College of Higher Studies (Pvt) Ltd., Nawaloka Guardian International (Pvt) Ltd., Nawaloka Medicare (Pvt) Ltd., and JDC Printing Technologies (Pvt) Ltd
Mr Chandana Perera has been a Director of the Company since 2015. He has over 33 years of Senior Management experience. Mr Perera started his career at John Keells Holdings in 1985. During his tenure at John Keells Holdings, he held the positions of Manager Walkers Tours, Director Mack International Freight, and Country Manager of DHL Worldwide Express. Mr Perera also held the positions of Country Manager for Aramex International in Vietnam and as the Regional General Manager for Aramex overlooking North Indian region covering over nine states. Mr Perera also, held the position of Country Manager – Hayleys Advantis, freight operations in India from 2008-2011.
Mr Chandana Perera holds an MBA from the University of Western Sydney and currently serves as the Director/ General Manager for Ceyoka (Pvt) Ltd., Nawaloka Trading (Pvt) Ltd., Ceyoka Health (Pvt) Ltd., Ceyoka Engineering (Pvt) Ltd., Nawaloka Agri (Pvt) Ltd., Nawaloka MEP Concepts (Pvt) Ltd., Ceyoka Exports (Pvt) Ltd., Koala (Pvt) Ltd. Mr Perera is also a Director of Millennium Housing Developers PLC and Tea & Herb Co (Pvt) Ltd.
Mr. Liyanage Melwin Anthony Perera has been a Director since 2025. He is a distinguished finance professional with over 25 years of experience across diverse industries. He is a Fellow Member of the Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (FCA), an Associate Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants UK (ACCA), a Fellow Member of the Institute of Certified Management Accountants of Sri Lanka (FCMA), and a Fellow Member of the Association of Accounting Technicians of Sri Lanka (FMAAT). Additionally, he holds an MBA from the Postgraduate Institute of Management (PIM) at the University of Sri Jayewardenepura. Melwin has held key positions, including John Keells Group, Stafford Motors Group and Ernst & Young with expertise across sectors like consumer foods, automobile, hospitality, manufacturing, plantations, information technology, national airlines, catering, retail and other service industries. He has also provided advisory services for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Melwin also serves as a member of the Review Panel for the Sri Lanka Accounting and Auditing Standards Monitoring Board (SLAASMB) for over 15 years. Currently, He is also the Managing Partner of Mel-Bern Chartered Accountants, Chief Consultant at ACCO Consultants, and Executive Director at Trading Circle International (Pvt) Ltd, leveraging his extensive experience in finance and consulting.
Mr. N. A. D. D. P. K. Gunasekera has been a Director since 2025. He is a Ex Banker with over 41 years of Banking experience. He joined Bank of Ceylon in 1980 raised to General Manager/CEO position in 2020. Holds a Special Degree in Business Management from the University of Sri Jayawardenapura. Possesses extensive expertise in branch operations, treasury management, international banking, corporate banking, and executive leadership. Served in key international postings including BOC London and BOC Chennai, and held senior management positions such as Deputy General Manager (Corporate & Offshore Banking) and Deputy General Manager (International, Treasury, Investment & Overseas Branches). After retiring from BOC in 2021, appointed as Chairman of MBSL Insurance Company Ltd.
Eng. Dr. Anura Walpola has been a Director since 2025. He is a high caliber professional having wide knowledge and experience in the engineering industry in senior management level over a three decades. He rendered his service with esteemed private sector organizations in both local and overseas. Also Dr.Walpola hold senior positions in government sector departments. At present he is serving as a management consultant for few Engineering companies in the country.
Mr.Jayaprakash Rudra Appointed to the Board on 6 May 2015, he is a well-established businessman with extensive experience in the property development sector. He has served as a Director in multiple companies and brings a wealth of knowledge to the table. After resigning on 3 January 2022, he rejoined Millennium Housing Developers PLC on 27 March 2023, further enhancing the team with his expertise.
Rohan De Silva appointed as a chief Executive Officer since 2025. He is a qualified Civil Engineer & chartered Professional Manager with a professional career spanning over 30 years, beginning in 1994. He brings three decades of extensive experience and expertise across a wide spectrum of construction disciplines, having successfully led and delivered diverse projects both locally and globally. His hands-on experience encompasses industrial buildings, high-rise structures and skyscrapers, luxury hotels, and complex architectural developments. He has held a range of senior leadership positions, including Project Manager, Deputy General Manager, General Manager, and Director – Construction, across several reputed construction firms in Sri Lanka and overseas, delivering projects which meet the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and innovation. He has also served as a Senior Project Manager with leading architectural consultancy firms, where his technical acumen and managerial contribution were instrumental in the successful completion of several landmark projects. His professional prowess, proven track record, strategic managerial input, and diverse industry knowledge, render him as a prominent asset in driving Grace Ocean Developers in its trajectory towards continued growth, success and excellence.
